Laurence Recruitment Ltd was established in Corby in 2011 as the first ‘Driving, Industrial and Warehouse’ agency, by Liza Laurence, an established and successful recruiter. 2017 has seen the beginning of the team offering permanent recruitment also!
After many years of building relationships with clients and successfully operating in the Corby and Kettering area, Liza noticed a gap in the market for a driving agency.
A refreshing and modern approach to recruitment and the management of client requirements was taken and Liza opened an agency to offer drivers, industrial and warehouse staff to surrounding companies, building an impressive portfolio of workers and clients.
With over 25 years combined experience within our industry, and with remarkable feedback from clients, the company and expertise of the team continues to grow!

Insurance
We hold Drivers Negligence insurance to £10,000 and all our drivers have at least 2 years relevant experience with no more than 6 points on their licence and if required a Digital Tachograph card.

Documentation
We guarantee that all our staff we supply are legally entitled to work in the UK and will receive their legal entitlement to wages and holiday pay. Our driver’s records and hours are monitored and updated at regular intervals allowing you to relax knowing the drivers you are using have all the correct, relevant documentation.

Meet the team…
Liza Is the director at Laurence Recruitment. She is working on growing the business after successfully building it to the reputable company that it is today.
Catherine is our Supervisor here at Laurence Recruitment in charge of the whole of the industrial division. She oversees a varied range of managing the customer contracts for all consultants, ensuring the team is working to the standard as expected here at Laurence.
Chloe is the industrial consultant for the Corby area. She manages large contracts and delivers an exceptional level of customer service. She prides herself on building relationships with her clients and workers
Danielle is the newest member of the team here at Laurence, she has been brought on board to gain new business contracts with the local area, she has also demonstrated that she is a keen consultant and is successfully working with new business clients.
Vicky manages the driving division here at Laurence. She deals with all the customers within the HGV sector and dealing with all the HGV or Van driving workers. Vicky works on a 24/7 basis to meet your requirements within the transport industry. She is full CPC trained.
Sue looks after the payroll, finance and all accounts here in the office. Sue is used to working to strict deadlines to meet payroll requirements, she looks after all other accounting duties. She is the main port of call for any payroll, invoice or accounting queries.
